A Little Man is on His Way!!

We are so excited to share our new line with you..."A Little Man is on His Way"! We created this for my really good friend Tina who is expecting a little man in December! Her shower is in November, which we will be sharing that with you too! We had so much fun creating this line...we love all of the mustache themed things we have been seeing lately and just thought a "little man" baby shower would be so much fun! But, we still wanted to have a touch of elegance and whimsy to it so we choose the champagne, chocolate brown and smoky blue color palette! We are trying something new with this collection as well...we are selling everything separately as always, but we are also offering a package deal. The package is available on Etsy and comes with 20 invitations, 20 thank you cards, 20 cupcake flags, 20 gift tags and a letter garland that says "Little Man".

Etsy Thursday: Nebulous Kingdom

One of the very first artists that we just feel in love with (when we discovered Etsy) was French artist, Anne-Julie Aubry! Her work is just amazing, to say the least. We could admire her shop for hours. Her images are fanciful, mysterious, curious and some even dark and fairytale like. It is as if her art is window to her dreams and each piece tells a mystical story. Anne Julie holds a shop on Etsy called the Nebulous Kingdom. Her blog, Ma Petite Theiere is just as easy to get lost in for hours. We are lucky that we can appreciate her blog because she writes it in French and English. I am lucky enough to own a few pieces of her work and I absolutely adore them. We hope you appreciate her work as much as we do!

Gorgeous DIY Flowers

We spotted these on beautiful chiffon and tulle flowers on Project Wedding. They are just to pretty not to share with you! You'll need chiffon, tulle, a piece of paper, a pen, scissors, pins, needle and thread, glass seed beads, and a plain hair clip or comb. Go here for DIY instructions.

Aren't these dreamy! We just love them...they can be used so many ways too! You could attach them to a clip or comb to create a hair piece, put a pin on the back to make a clip or even sew them onto a ribbon and make a fabulous belt! Or hang them from ribbons to create a gorgeous ribbon backdrop for a dessert table.

Vintage clip on earrings!

Last year my aunt had a baggie of old vintage clip on earrings that she was just going to put in a garage sale. When Kellie and I saw them we said NO WAY don't sell them! We knew that we would come up with something to do with them! Well we have lots of ideas of how to use them, but we wanted to share one really easy DIY with you today! All you need is a needle and thread, your old earrings, and a pair of plain ballet flats.

Just take a length of ribbon and make three little loops, spread them out a bit and just stitch the ribbon together so it does not come apart...

Just clip the earring onto your bow (you can also hot glue it on if you would like to) and clip that onto your shoe...

Repeat on the other side you have yourself a pair of fabulous new shoes!
